The Ghana Football Association is set to deal with Kumasi-based sports journalist, Collins Attah Poku who works with Sompa FM for falsely claiming that the Ministry of Finance paid almost $800,000 to the football governing body which covers the expenditure for the international friendly games against Brazil and Nicaragua.
However, the Ghana Football Association has reacted to the post made by the ex-Wontumi FM sports journalist, tagging the post as ‘false’.
In a statement published by the FA, the attention has been to their lawyers as they prepare to deal with the lecturer.
The football governing body stated categorically that the Bank of Ghana has not transfered any amount in relation to the Black Stars friendly matches against Brazil and Nicaragua.
