Kotoku Royals forward, Dzikoe Richard is keen to open his goal scoring account against Hearts of Oak in the BetPawa Premier League week five fixture.
The striker wreaked havoc back in the Division One League and helped the Oda-based to qualify for Ghana Premier League for the first time.
He is also the leading goalscorer in the history of the club and will look to increase that tally in Saturday’s clash against the Phobians.
He first faced Hearts of Oak with same side back in the 2016/17 season in the MTN FA Cup but he played only ten minutes.
Dzikoe joined the royals from United Academy five seasons ago the marksman has proven to be a shrewd signing indeed.
Despite injury, he managed to score 11 goals in last season’s Division One League and the FA Cup but he is yet to score in the 2022/23 since scoring against Ebusua Dwarfs in the Division One League Super Cup in Kyebi.
His attacking threat will be important for Kotoku Royals as they seek to get their second win of the season. So far they’ve recorded one win, one draw and two defeats.
Dzikoe has confidently stated he will surely open his scoring account against Hearts of Oak when the opportunity comes.
“I am yet to score in four games but God knows what he is doing. If I get the chance to start in the game then I will surely open my goal scoring account win Hearts of Oak,” he told Ghanasportsoage.com.
