As Hearts of Oak prepare to face Karela United in the BetPawa Premier League later this week, the team has posted their training video which indicates they are brimming with confidence following their slim win against Kotoku Royals over the weekend.
The Rainbows picked a 1-0 victory in Cape Coast, their first away win in the BetPawa Premier League this season.
Barnieh scored the only goal to inspire the Rainbows to their second win.
Meanwhile, Karela United also head into the game with a goal victory over Bechem United. Karela United have recorded three wins and two defeats in their first five fixtures.
With two wins, two draws and one defeat, Hearts of Oak rank seventh on the league table with eight points.
They really does seem to have rediscovered their form and will hope to claim their third consecutive win on Sunday.
They are yet to lose at home this season and aims to maintain that unbeaten run with their current form under Slavko Matić.
