Coach Slavko Matić has made two changes to side that started against Kotoku Royals last weekend with Otanga and Isaac Mensah coming into the fold as replacement for Konadu Yiadom and Eric Esso.
He will expect the change to do the business this afternoon as the former champions expect good run towards the World Cup break.
In the build up to the clash Hearts of Oak are yet to concede a goal at the Accra Sports but they have failed to beat the Anyinase-based side in their last six meetings since 2018.
Their last meeting at the Accra sports ended in a 1-1 draw.
Hearts of Oak will be chasing their third consecutive win in the league fight for the top four before the break.
