Dickson Afoakwa has been dropped from Kotoko’s match squad against RTU this evening.
The attacker was named among the travelling 20-man squad but he has been replaced by Ugandan international, Steven Mukwala.
Afoakwa missed their previous fixture and he will not be available for today’s game following the decision made by the Burkunabé tactician, Seydou Zerbo.
Having dropped valuable points in midweek after throwing away an early lead to draw 1-1 with Legon Cities at home, a win in Tamale will cushion them in their title aspirations.
RTU managed a 2-1 win in their last meeting at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium but the Reds look favourite to humble the northern giants.
