Hearts of Oak play Dreams FC on Sunday and their full squad has now been confirmed for the clash, with 20 players set to wear the rainbow colours as they hope to claim fourth victory in the league.
Mohammed Fatawu and Mohammed Alhassan have not been included in the team’s squad for the game. The two defenders were in action on Thursday when the Rainbows humbled highflying Accra Lions in Accra. They have been replaced by Zakaria Yakubu and Enoch Asubonteng.
Elsewhere, Gladson Awako has been excluded for the last fixture before the World Cup break. The former Great Olympics midfielder was sent off during Thursday’s game after he had headed the Rainbows up by a goal to nil.
Meanwhile, Prince Darmang and Yassan Outching remain sidelined.
Isaac Mensah, Caleb Amankwa, Robert Addo Sowah, Richard Attah and Konadu Yiadom are with the group for matchday eight.
The Phobians will return to the field again following their 3-1 triumph over Accra Lions.
A win for Hearts will see them climbing to the top four before the World Cup break. They are unbeaten in five games consecutive games (four in the local league and one in the Confederations Cup).
