Asante Kotoko has named former Ghana U-20 and Hearts of lions coach Orlando Wellington as an assistant coach
Coach Wellington will work with newly appointed coach Seydou Zerbo ahead of the 2022/23season.

He was assistant to Sellas Tetteh when the Black Satellites won the 2009 Africa U20 Cup of Nations in Egypt and went on to win the Ghana Premier with Berekum Chelsea in the 2010 season.
Wellington has been unattached after leaving his role as head coach of Division One League side Wa Suntaa FC.
Kotoko earlier today returned back to the camping base after a short break to the World Cup to prepare ahead of the 2022/2023 Ghana Premier League season resumption.
