Clinton Opoku is back in Asante Kotoko training following his recent injury layoff.
The 19-year- old who moved to Asante Kotoko in last summer from Phar Rangers has not been in action for the past 11 months following an anterior cruciate ligament injury (ACL).
However, he appears to be edging closer to a return, with Asante Kotoko posting the following snap of the forward in action on Thursday:
Asante Kotoko have fared well without Clinton, as they sit third on the Ghana Premier league at the summit of La Liga. If Clinton gets back to full fitness soon, he can be a huge asset as the Porcupines chase glory in the Ghanaian top flight League.
It means the Baba Yara crowd have yet to see the best of Clinton whose first season at the club has been blighted by consistent injury problems.
The teenager joined Asante Kotoko from Division One league side Phar Rangers on a four year deal.
