Hon. Wilson Arthur, Chairman of the MTN FA Cup Committee and the owner of Division One League side, Skyy FC has named Asante Kotoko and Bechem United game as the top-liner of the round of 64.

The stage is yet again set for the biggest game in the MTN FA CUP as the Porcupines face off against the Hunters at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Seydou Zerbo’s team will be aiming for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Hunters in an outstanding Betpawa Premier League match this season.

The two top-flight sides have faced each other in the last three editions of the MTN FA Cup Competition and this upcoming clash is expected to be one of the most exciting at this stage.

The clash, passably the top-liner of the FA Cup is one every football fan would love to watch according to Hon. Wilson Arthur.

He also disclosed that he is a fan of Asante Kotoko but he has to be neutral due to his position.

“I’ve watched Kotoko playing against Bechem United and I think their performance is quite close. The Porcupines normally perform well when playing against Bechem. It will be a very nice match. The finals have come early. I would love to watch that match but time will not permit me. It is the top liner of this round of 64 and I am a fan of Asante Kotoko from my childhood but I have to be neutral,” he told Ghana’s leading Website, Ghanasportspage.com.

The MTN FA Cup continues this weekend. Title defenders, Hearts of Oak will also come up against Uncle T United at the Fred Crentsil Park.

The Rainbows will hope to see off the lower side and stay awake to win the title for the third consecutive time.
