Accra Hearts of Oak goalkeeper, Richard Attah is eyeing for a possible move from the GPL giants in 2023.
Attah has struggled to make a single appearance this season as both Ayi and Eric Ofori Antwi shoved him down the pecking order.
His contract with the Rainbows will expire in August 2023 but has decided not extend his stay with the club.
Attah’s last appearance for Hearts of Oak was against Accra Great Olympics in June. He conceded three goals as the Phobians suffered a 3-0 defeat to their city rivals.
Reports indicate the goalkeeper is not in the plans of the Serbian gaffer, Slavko Matic and has been asked to train hard and burn some fat to lose weight.
The 27-year-old first joined the club in December 2019 ahead of the new Ghana Premier League season from Elmina Sharks on a free transfer.
Attah was phenomenal for the Phobians and his impressive performances earned him a maiden national team call up by former head coach of the Black Stars, C.K Akonnor.
He was part of the Ghana National team in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations that was eliminated at the group stage of the competition.
