Former Chief Executive Officer of Asante Kotoko, Samuel Opoku Nti has advised the management of the Porcupine Warriors to sign ex-Hearts of Oak defender, Mohammed Alhassan.
Opoku Nti believes the backline of his former club misses a presence of a leader and an experienced centre-back and if there’s one defender that Kotoko must consider signing, then it should be none other than free agent Mohammed Alhassan.
“If Kotoko are able to sign Mohammed Alhassan, he will help the team.He has a rich experience and he will augment the back line if he signs for us.
“Kotoko needs a tough and experience defender to guide and control the back set,” he stated in an interview with Oyerepa FM.
Before Mohammed Alhassan’s departure from Hearts, he managed to establish himself as one of the best centre-backs in Ghana and helped the team to win five trophies during his five years stint with Phobian club.
