Hearts of Oak completed the signing of Clinton Yaw Appiah on Tuesday,10 January 2023 from the lower side, Lazio FC.

The 17-year-old winger was recommended by the tactician of the Phobians per reports. The Serbian trainer was impressed by the performance of the youngster.

The former Ashanti Gold player signed a five-year deal with the Rainbows as he becomes Hearts of Oak’s first signing in the January transfer window. Appiah’s contract will run out in January 2028.

Hearts will be determined to finish the January transfer on a high having parted ways with some of the deadwood in their squad.

They currently rank second on the GPL log with 19 points after eleven games.
