The country’s football governing body chief arrived at the camp of the Black Galaxies as they fine tune to face Madagascar on Sunday
Ghana Football Association president Kurt Okraku touched down at the camp of the Black Galaxies in Constantine as they prepare to face Madagascar in the ongoing African Nations Championship tournament (CHAN) in Algeria.
The local based team has not played at the CHAN tournament since 2014 and the GFA boss urged them to remain committed to the national cause and end that long time jinx.
“You have an opportunity to make history and make a name for yourself, your family and most importantly your country,” the GFA President told the Black Galaxies.
Ghana is in Group C where they come up against Morocco, Sudan and Madagascar.
The Black Galaxies face Madagascar in their opening game today at the Stade Mohammed Hamlaoui at exactly 7:00pm.
