Asante Kotoko new signing, Rashid Nortey has shared his feelings after joining the Porcupine Warriors.
The midfield supremo signed two and a half year deal for the GPL giants as a free agent on Wednesday following the expiration of his contract with Medeama SC.
“I’m very happy because Asante Kotoko has been a club I’ve wished to play as a player. Although they tried and the negotiations were not going through but now that the deal has been successfully completed I’m very happy,” the stylish midfielder revealed in an interview with Accra-based Original Tv.
The former Medeama SC player is now with his new teammates.
He appeared at Adako Jachie for his first training session on Thursday and has begun his journey with the Porcupine Warriors.
Nortey will be looking to replicate his enchanting performance that helped him to earn his first Black Stars call-up during his time with the Mauve and Yellow side.
