Bibiani Gold Stars won 2-0 at home against Karela United Son Sunday afternoon in the Ghana Premier League.
Gold Stars scored all the two goals in the first half to return to winning ways after losing to Kotoku Royals last Wednesday at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
Emmanuel Appau a midfielder, scored in the 12th minute at the Duns Park.
Noah Martey added the second to boost them higher on the table four minutes after Appau’s goal in the first half.
Karela United poured more men forward to try and get something out of the game but all their efforts went wide
Michael Osei’s team has now managed to improve their home games after picking a point against defending champions Asante Kotoko in their backyard two weeks ago.
Bibiani Gold Stars are currently third on the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League table with 26 points while Karela United are fifteenth with 19 points after 16 games.
Karela United will play Accra lions in their next game while Bibiani Gold Stars will play Nsoatreman FC
