Dennis Korsah returned to the visitors starting XI having returned from the CHAN tournament. Both Salifu Ibrahim and Isaac Mensah were back in action after missing their last two games due to injury.
RTU also missed their starboy, Issah Kukah who plays on loan from Hearts of Oak base on his loan contract.
The defeat leaves the Rainbows in fifth place while RTU climbs to the seventh position.
