Ghana Premier League champions, Asante Kotoko have announced the signing of Mohammed Alhassan. Former Hearts Of oak defender Alhassan has joined Asante Kotoko on a one-and half-year deal.
The former WAFA defender joins the Porcupine Warriors on a free transfer after leaving Accra Hearts of Oak.
He left the Rainbows in December last year after he was instructed to look for a new club.
As reported earlier by Ghanasportspage.com, Asante Kotoko was one of his possible destinations.
Alhassan helped Hearts of Oak to win one Premier League title, two FA Cup trophies, the President’s Cup and the Super Cup during his five-year stay in Accra. He joined them from WAFA in 2018.
He is expected to make his debut in the second round of the BetPawa Premier League.
