Former WAFA forward Daniel Lomotey joins Legon Cities on a permanent deal after.
The forward joined Algerian giant ES Setif from Ghana Premier League side WAFA SC on a three-year contract.
Lomotey struggled to win the trust of the Setif technical team leading to his departure from Algeria.
Legon Cities have captured the forward and will join them on a permanent deal.
