Experienced attacker, Yahaya Mohammed is confident that Aduana Stars can stop his former side in the MTN FA CUP.
Sunday afternoon will see a meeting between two top clubs of the Ghanaian league, as Aduana Stars host Asante Kotoko at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in the MTN FA Cup last 16.
The Ogya Boys will be hoping to brush off the Porcupine Warriors to keep their hopes of winning double alive.
With Kotoko’s current away performance, Aduana Stars look like favourites in the upcoming contest. The Porcupine Warriors haven’t had the best run of form away in recent times.
However, Yahaya Mohammed has admitted that the MTN FA Cup is different from the league, but they have the highest chance of winning.
“Playing FA Cup is different. The league is also different. There is a different approach. The possibility of beating Asante Kotoko in Dormaa is very high. For some time they forced us to draw and beat us but it is not going to happen again. No matter what we are going to beat Kotoko,” Yahaya Mohammed stated in an interview with Ghanasportspage.com.
