Head coach of Bechem United FC Ocansey Kassim Mingle is hoping to beat Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Wednesday afternoon in the Ghana Premier League at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
The gaffer is optimistic about his team’s chances against the defending champions at the Baba Yara Sports stadium a stadium termed as the “slaughterhouse” for the Porcupine Warriors.
“Kotoko is a good side and it’s going to be a difficult game but the better team with luck on his side will win and we hope it will be us,” he told Ghanasportspage.com
“They [Kotoko] have lost a couple of matches recently and wouldn’t allow themselves to be that tangent continuously. We would not undermine them irrespective of their current form.
” We will go into the game with a Strong mindset and a full force like it’s our last league match in winning the Ghana Premier league”
Mingle described the Asante Kotoko team as a strong force especially their attacking department in the team.
” Their strikers are very good, especially Mukwala, Morrison, Rashid and Mfegue. They are good but I clearly do not know what’s happening but they are dangerous when they find their feet in a game”
Bechem United will be hoping to secure a back-to-back win after beating Accra Great Olympics last weekend.
