Former Accra Hearts of Oak striker, Abednego Tetteh, who currently plays for Bibiani Gold Stars has revealed his readiness to join his former club again.
Tetteh has been a standout player for the Golden Boys since he joined them from King Faisal. He is second on the Premier League top scorers table with eight goals.
The striker failed to impress during his 15-month stay at Hearts of Oak and was shown the exit after the 2021/22 season.
But he believes he can return to the Phobian club and turn things around.
In his comment to Hearts of Oak return, he said:
“Why not? “I will.. Togbe Afede, the board chairman is a great man and I respect him a lot. I can’t ignore his call. I am always ready for Accra Hearts Of Oak if only they need me back. I really love Hearts Of Oak from childhood,” Tetteh told Adeiso-based Tru FM.
The former King Faisal forward was a big hit at Bechem United. He inspired their MTN FA Cup triumph in 2016, leading to his big move to Sudan, where he shone for Al Hilal. His carer has plummeted since he left in 2018.
