Coach David Ocloo provided his reaction to Rashid Okine’s red card in Hearts of Oak’s 3-0 defeat to Karela United in the BetPawa Premier League.
The defender was shown a straight red card just before halftime, leaving the Phobians to play the game with ten players.
The former Asante Kotoko assistant coach believes the red card contributed to the club’s 3-0 loss in Anyinase.
Former Hearts of Oak defender, Fatawu Mohammed assisted twice as Karela United cruised past the Rainbows.
“It was a clean red card because he was the last man and when you foul is a red card offense. It affected us a lot so you could see that we tried changing the system, playing 4-3-2 later we changed to play three back but all didn’t work,” the Phobian trainer divulged in a post-match interview with StarTimes.
