Accra Hearts of Oak beat Accra Lions 1-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium in the ongoing Betpawa Ghana Premier League matchday 24.
Hearts of Oak returned from the break a much-improved side and opened the scoring in the 65th minute, Linda Mtange was alert to hammer in a rebound after Andrew Owusu had stopped a crossing from Samuel Inkoom.
Accra Lions pushed for the equalizer in the remaining minutes of the game but Hearts of Oak held on to win 1-0 and move into 3rd place on the league table.
