Accra Hearts of Oak’s bid to close the gap on Aduana Stars continues this afternoon with a trip to Bechem United.
The Rainbows managed to secure a narrow 2-1 win over Nsoatreman FC recently which will keep them in high spirits ahead of this game.
With Medeama SC dropping points on Friday, this afternoon’s clash serves as a big opportunity to occupy the second position on the league table.
Coach David Ocloo is expected to make some few changes to the squad that played against Nsoatreman on week 26.
Caleb Amankwah returns to the side after missing last weekend’s game. He will join Konadu Yiadom, Yaw Amankwaa Baafi, and Dennis Korsah in defence.
The trainer could opt for a midfield comprised of Linda Mtange, Jeordon Otanga, and Eric Esso as they try to dominate the game at the centre of the park and engineer enough clear-cut opportunities for Hearts to win this game.
As for the offensive unit, Salifu Ibrahim could join Albert Diego Dieudonne and Benjamin Yorke to make up the front line.
Eric Ofori Antwi will feature in between the sticks for the club again ahead of Richard Attah and Benjamin Nana Yeboah.
Samuel Inkoom will be available for selection on the bench as he offers cover for the right-back position.
Gladson Awako and Richmond Ayi remain sidelined. However, Suraj Seidu and Obeng Junior should be available for a place on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if David Ocloo decides to call upon their services.
