Accra Hearts of Oak youngster, Gideon Asante has caught the eye of some European clubs.
As confirmed to Ghanasportspage.com, the stylish midfielder is being followed by scouts from some European clubs.
Reports have claimed that the clubs recently sent scouts to watch the player during their game against King Faisal at the Accra Sports Stadium where he delivered a decent display.
Gideon Asante joined the Rainbows from lower Division side Tema XI after signing a five-year deal and has so far featured in 16 league games.
He emerged as the man of the match in Hearts of Oak’s first victory of the season following his scintillating performance against Bibiani Gold Stars in October last year.
With Asante’s magnetic right foot, he has the penchant for faking a pass, faking a shot, faking a direction in movement before he bursts away and leaves his markers chasing shadows.
Before joining the FA Cup holders, Asante was a key player for Tema XI where he announced himself as one of the best in the Division Two League.
It will not come as a surprise to see one of these clubs make an attempt to sign the 20-year-old in the future.
