Relegation battling side, Nsoatreman FC will host Real Tamale United at Nana Konamansah Park as the betPawa Premier League enters Matchday 31 this weekend. The Nsoatre side lost 3-2 to King Faisal in the semifinal of the MTN FA Cup on Sunday.
The newly promoted side are battling for survival in the Premier League despite having a jolly ride in the MTN FA Cup as they were one step away from making a historic final appearance.
Nsoatreman FC have won three of their last five matches having suffered three losses in their last five matches and sit in 16th place with 37 points – one point behind Accra Great Olympics and Dreams FC who are in 14th and 15th positions respectively.
Real Tamale United have recovered from their slow start to the season as they occupy the 11th spot with 40 points – 12 points behind leaders Aduana FC and three points above the relegation zone.
Real Tamale United have won two, drawn two and lost one of their last five matches in the League with their last game ending in a stalemate against Dreams FC at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.
Mumuni Abubakari’s Nsoatreman who are aiming for the points to move out of the relegation zone will rely on Ushau Abu, Samuel Ofori, Nana Kwame Junior, Emmanuel Kotei and Walid Fuseini whiles the likes of Manaf Umar, Sadat Mohammed, Baba Kushibo, Issah Kuka and Stephen Badu Dankwa line up for Real Tamale United.
