Marksman, Dzikoe Richard could leave Kotoku Royals in the summer amid formal interest from an unnamed European club.
Four Ghanaian clubs including Accra Hearts of Oak and Bechem United are weighing up whether to sign the 22-year-old forward – but could face competition from the unnamed European club.
Dzikoe has enjoyed his breakthrough this season with the Royals, scoring eight goals with two MVP awards.
Dreams FC and FC Samartex are also considering a summer purchase of the ex-United Academy forward.
But according to reliable information the European club have opened talks with the player’s management and willing to make a move for him when the next transfer window opens.
The Kotoku Royals all-time leading top-scorer had a successful trials in Romanian in June 2021 before he returned to Ghana to help his side qualify for the Premier League for the first time.
Despite impressing this season, Dzikoe is yet to sign a new long-term contract for the Royals, with his current deal expiring in June. As a result, clubs are able to negotiate a free transfer for the striker to sign him in July, and it is rumoured that there are various Ghanaian clubs interested in acquiring his signature.
