Asante Kotoko aims to extend their unbeaten streak at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium when they take on Karela United in a Premier League match today.
Coach Abdulai Gazale will be expected to make some few changes to his team in today’s game. They are coming off the back of a 3-1 win over Kotoku Royals and will be hoping to beat the Nzema boys for the first time after three games.
The gaffer will field a strong lineup in front of their home crowd, starting with Frederick Asare in goal. Augustine Agyapong will partner Mohammed Alhassan, Yusif Mubarik and John Tedeku.
In midfield, Kotoko will welcome Eric Zeze back into the fold after he missed the trip to Dawu. Justice Blay and Richmond Lamptey are expected to complete the midfield-three.
In attack, Steven Mukwala should return. The striker wasn’t available for Kotoko’s last game. He will play up to alongside Georges Mfegue and Sarfo-Taylor.
