Kumasi Asante Kotoko have confirmed their starting XI for the upcoming match against Karela United in the BetPawa Premier League.
This is a must win for both sides with Karela United looking to avoid relegation. The Porcupine Warriors are always a very strong team at home but the visitors will be hoping to carry some positive result.
The Reds registered a 3-1 win over Kotoku Royals in their previous game, while Karela United drew goalless with Great Olympics.
Kotoko also secured morale-boosting win over Sporting Time FC in a club friendly which will slightly give them the edge heading into this afternoon’s game.
Frederick Asare returns in goal – Mohammed Alhassan is back in defense alongside Augustine Agyapong, Yusif Mubarik and John Tedeku.
Eric Zeze joins Richmond Lamptey and Rocky Dwamena in midfield. This means Justice Blay and captain Richard Boadu Agadas have to settle for a place on the bench.
Up front, Coach Gazele just cannot look beyond Mukwala, who missed the game against Kotoku Royals.
The Ugandan international will lead the line alongside Georges Mfegue and Sarfo-Taylor.
