Former Asante Kotoko midfielder, Maxwell Baakoh was a delight to watch despite his sides 1-0 defeat to MC Alger in the Algerian league.
21st minute goal from Abdul Lawi ensured Alger wrapped up the game with a hard-fought 1-0 win.
But the Ghanaian international produced a masterful performance and left the fans of USM Khenchela impressed.
Despite the disappointing defeat, some of the fans singled out Maxwell Baakoh as one of the best players who stood out for the away side across the 90 minutes.
He showed his midfield class and was consistently spraying great balls to his attackers in an attempt to get Kenchela back into the game.

The 27-year-old was impressive during Kenchela’s recent 1-0 win over ES Setif and their goalless draw with JS Kabylie.
Overall, it was a solid performance from the ex-Kotoko player, who has been impressive when given the opportunity this season.
Baakoh has now made 19 appearances for the Algerian side this season with three goals in the Ligue 1.
Kenchela continue their season back at home against JS Saoura on June 6 at 3:00pm.
They now have 35 points and occupy the 5th position on the board after 24 matches. MC Algers, on the other hand, are 3rd with 39 points from 23 games.
