Speaking in an interview with Ghanasportspage.com, former Asante Kotoko midfielder, Fabio Gama has claimed that he is not thinking about returning to the Ghana Premier League.
The 30-year-old, who had previously spent time in Ghana, signed for Asante Kotoko in 2020, arriving from Swedish side, Jönköpings Södra.
However, Gama broke his marriage with the Porcupine Warriors after helping them to win the Ghana Premier League last season to join Al-Muharraq in Bahrain.
When asked if he would like to make a return into the Ghanaian league, the Brazilian international answered: I don’t think about returning to Ghana. “I am now in Bahrain, I want to keep going and achieve what I want to…,” says the Brazilian.
Furthermore, Gama claimed that he will not tie the knot with any Ghanaian side apart from Kotoko.
“For now I don’t think about returning to Ghana but I will not play for any Ghanaian club aside from Kotoko,” Gama told Ghanasportspage.com.
