Three coaches of the Ghana Premier League ended season have been nominated for the bi-monthly coach of the month award for for the months of May/June.
The three nominees include Augustine Evans Adotey of Medeama SC, Bismark Kobi Mensah of Great Olympics, and Abdul Karim Zito of Dreams FC. Favourite among the three nominees is coach Augustine Evans Adotey who led Medeama SC to their maiden premier league trophy after hammering new entrants Tamale City FC by 3-0 on the last match day of the season to be crowned champions of the 2022/2023 league campaign.
In the period under review, Adotey’s Medeama won four of their last five games and drew one, scoring 12 goals and conceding 3.
Bismark Kobi Mensah led Accra Great Olympics to three wins, drawing one and lost one in five matches. The ‘Dade’ boys scored 6 goals and allowed 3 in the process. Dream FC’s Abdul Karim Zito also led his side to win three games and draw two with, scoring five goals and conceding one in five matches.
The winner takes home a 43-inch NASCO Television set from Electroland Ghana Limited with the announcement expected in few days ahead.
