Veteran football administrator and bankroller of relegated King Faisal, Alhaji Grusah has confirmed they’ll drag the Ghana Football Association to Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) following the dismissal of their protest filed against Tamale City.
The Inshallah Boys protested against the Tamale-based club for using an unqualified player, Isaac Mensah who the club claim has another registration in the system as Jireh Kojo Nissi.
But the protest, which was in relation to their GPL Matchday 30 clash on May 6 at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium has been dismissed for the second time by the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association.
Alhaji Grusah, is however, stunned by today’s ruling and is ready to drag the FA to Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).
His declaration comes as he seeks justice for what he alleges to be a case of double identity involving a player.
“They said they have dismissed our protest. It happened to Parma when he appealed against Dreams FC. His case was dismissed by the GFA but won at CAS.
“Double registrations is not allowed and we are all aware of it.
“I will prepare with my lawyers and drag them to CAS for fair ruling,” he told Peace FM.
