BetPawa Premier League champions, Medeama Sporting Club will get the defence of their crown under way against Accra Lions in a fascinating opening-day showdown.
The fixtures for the, 2023/24 campaign were released today, with the Tarkwa-based club in action at the Nana Akoon Park in Week 1.
Accra Hearts of Oak take on RTU at Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in their opener. Asante Kotoko will also start the campaign against returnees, Hearts of Lions in Kumasi.
