Ghanaian defender, Maxwell Agyemang looks set to continue his playing career in Europe after he was told to leave Asante Kotoko.
The experienced defender is currently in talks with an unnamed clubs from Belgium and Russia over a possible transfer, Ghanasportspage.com understands.
Agyemang is among the eleven players, who have been instructed to find a new club by the new technical team of Asante Kotoko.
The list also includes former Hearts of Oak defender, Mohammed Alhassan, Ernest Osei Opoku, Evans Adomako, Clinton Opoku, Charles Owusu, Dickson Afoakwa and Andrews Kwadwo Appau.
Maxwell Agyemang joined the Porcupine Warriors from Division One side Wamanfo Mighty Royals in 2021 on a three-year deal.
He had a solid spell with the club, producing a series of dominant displays at the centre of the Kotoko backline.
The 27-year-old was part of the 20221/22 Ghana Premier League winning squad under Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum.
Agyemang has one year left on his contract with the Reds but he has been directed to open a new chapter in his career.
