Captain of relegated Kotoku Royals, Dzikoe Richard has revealed his readiness to join Accra Hearts of Oak ahead of the 2023/24 season.
The 22-year-old attacker has recently become the subject of interest for the GPL giants in the ongoing transfer window.
Ghanasportspage.com sources indicate that Hearts of Oak are long-term admirers of the player since his time in the Ghana Division One League, where he emerged as the all-time top scorer for the Royals.
He scored over eleven goals during the 2021/22 campaign in all competitions to help the team qualify for the Premier League for the first time.
“My dad and my brothers are all Hearts of Oak supporters. I am also a big fan of the club and I am ready.
“Talks are ongoing but I am waiting for my management for a feed back. I am ready to join the team,” the attacker told Ghanasportspage.com.
Dzikoe has had an outstanding spell with the Oda-based club since his arrival.
He made 33 appearances in the BetPawa Premier League and scored 9 goals for the Royals last season with four MOTM awards. He is currently the all-time top-scorer of the Oda-based club.
He was recently linked with a move to Burkinabé side, AS Douanes.
