Accra Hearts of Oak are now in advance talks to sign former Asante Kotok Maxwell Agyemang, according to reports.
Agyemang is among the eleven players, who have been instructed to find a new club by the new technical team of Asante Kotoko.
He joined the Porcupine Warriors from Division One side Wamanfo Mighty Royals in 2021 on a three-year deal.
The defender had a solid spell with the club, producing a series of dominant displays at the centre of the Kotoko backline.
Agyemang was part of the 20221/22 Ghana Premier League winning squad under Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum.
He has one year left on his contract with the Reds but he has been directed to open a new chapter in his career.
However, reports from the local media has revealed that the 27-year-old center-back is on their radar of Hearts of Oak and has already initiated talks.
But the Phobians will have to battle an unnamed clubs from Belgium and Russia as reported by Ghanasportspage.com.
