Hearts of Oak will take on first-division side Okwawu United at Pobiman Sports Complex on Sunday, 3rd September 2023.
The Phobians have so far played five friendly games and this will be their 6th game since they started pre-season ahead of the 2023/24 upcoming season.
The Rainbows first defeated Evergreen 2-1, The Phobians continue their winning street by beating Miracle Land FC 11-1, Lazio Spot by 4-1, Hearts of Oak then beat Attram De Visse 6-1 and beat Dolphins FC 4-0 in their previous friendly outings. The Phonians have so far scored a total of 27 goals in Five games.
The Accra-based side was nearly relegated from the league last season and is determined to have a great season in the upcoming league campaign.
Hearts of Oak vs. Okwawu United match will kick off at 15: 00 GMT and it will be gate-free for the Phobian fans. The team will travel to Koforidua to continue their preparations for the upcoming season after the Sunday’stie.
