The President of the Ghana Football Association Kurt Okraku visited the Asante Kotoko team at their pre-season base in Beposo in the Ashanti region on Wednesday.
The GFA boss alongside other top personalities of the association are in the region for Thursday’s AFCON qualification game between the Black Stars and the Central African Republic.
“I have no doubt about the level of quality that you have. If I want to mention names I will not finish. This team has high quality players” , Kurt Okraku said.
“I wish the team well this season and I hope that you bring back the love. If you win today , tomorrow you win , you win the next day , the fans who are sleeping will be back alive to support. Once the fans are happy , they will return the favour.
It was alleged by many people that the GFA were not on good terms with the Porcupine Warriors under the Nana Yaw Amponsah era as Kotoko CEO but his meeting clearly is a peaceful one.
