Obuasi Ashantigold SC have indirectly attacked the president of the Ghana Football Association Mr. Kurt Okraku as they wish the Black Stars well ahead of the important 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification against Central African Republic on Thursday.
The Miners remain suspended from all football-related activities in the country following a match-fixing allegation. The club of Dr. Kwaku Frimpong were found guilty by the Disciplinary Committee of the association whose decisions were upheld by the Appeals committee of the GFA.
Via their official Twitter handle , Ashantigold posted a goodwill message to Chris Hughton and his players on Thursday morning and they did not fail to take a swipe at Kurt Okraku.
