Hearts of Oak coach Martinus Koopman has criticized Congolese striker Ramos Wanet Kashala for his profligacy upfront.
The Congolese has scored Hearts of Oak’s only goal of the season after 4 games but he was unlucky upfront as he failed to find the back of the net against Dreams FC in the matchday 4 fixture.
Young striker Hamza Issah was introduced off the bench to replace the 23-year-old and Koopman has explained why he took off the forward.
“Kashala wasn’t good on the field of play. That is why I took him off. Hamza Issah, who is a young talent, is our next option that is why we took him off,” he said in the post-match interview.
Hearts have picked up just 4 points out of the available 12 in the league.
