Asante Kotoko head coach Dr. Proper Narteh Ogum has called for more support from the supporters and fans of the club during their hard times in the Ghana Premier League.
Kotoko were defeated 1-0 at home by Dreams FC on Sunday afternoon as Abdul Aziz Issah scored a brilliant goal from a freekick in the 39th minute as the Porcupine Warriors lost back to back games.
The loss means the Reds are winless in their last four league matches. A 2-2 draw at Nations FC , a 1-1 against Bechem United in Kumasi , a 1-0 reverse at Nsoatreman in mid-week and a 1-0 defeat on Sunday against Winfred Dormon’s Dreams FC.
“Very disappointing. Our finishing didn’t work for us.”
“You know is not good. The feeling is bad when you fail to win. They should continue to support us , the league is ongoing and we will make them proud”, he told Startimes.
Kotoko travel to FC Samartex next during Week 10.
