Asante Kotoko are back in Premier League action once more as they continue their 2023/24 campaign with an exciting clash against their bitterest rivals, Accra Hearts of Oak at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
It is set to be a competitive clash for these two Ghanaian giants as both coaches hope to claim the bragging right.
The Porcupine Warriors head to the game following a 1-0 win over Berekum Chelsea.
They are currently in 7th position on the Premier League table with 19 points from 13 games.
Kotoko will be without a key group of players including goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim and Kalou Ouattara. Georges Mfegue may be a doubt for the game according to reports.
Daland’s absence will see Frederick Asare and Moise Pouaty battle for the number one spot behind the team’s defense on Sunday.
