Enoch Morrison and Peter Amidu have been replaced by John Tedeku and Michael Kyei.
Frederick Asare continues in goal while Sheriff Mohammed and Nurudeen Mohammed start in defence.
In midfield, Justice Blay and Baba Yahaya lines-up alongside Richmond Lamptey who is hoping to make Black Stars final squad for the AFCON.
And leading the line is Steven Mukwala, looking to score another goal after punishing RTU in their previous fixture.
On the bench, Coach Ogum has Nana Benyin, Eric Zeze, Prince Adesa, and Ricky Dwamena on his disposal.
