The Black Stars of Ghana have departed from their camping base in Kumasi to Ivory Coast for the 2023 African Cup of Nations.
Africa’s prestigious tournament starts this Saturday, 13th January 2024. Ghana will battle it out with Cape Verde, Egypt and Mozambique in Group B.
Chris Hughton will lead the team in the quest to clinch their fifth trophy after four decades.
Thomas Partey will miss the tournament while Mohammed Kudus will play his first ever AFCON. Skipper, Andre Ayew will play in his eighth AFCON in Ivory Coast.
