Ghana Premier League giants, Accra Hearts of Oak will soon announce the signing of a new goalkeeper ahead of the second round of the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians currently occupy the 10th position on the GPL log table with 21 points after 17 games. The club are already in the market to augment their squad.
Ghanasportspage.com can confirm that Hearts of Oak have signed young talented goalkeeper Kwesi Nketiah from Ghana Division One side Susubribi Sporting Club on permanent basis.
Revealing the details to Ghanasportspage.com, the General Manager of Susubribi SC, Emmanuel Akyereko Frimpong said the deal is “two and half years with an option to extend for a further year.”
Kwesi Nketiah will beef up the goalkeeping department of the team as Hearts have been rotating Richmond Ayi and Richard Atta this season. Richmond Ayi is said to be among the players who won’t feature for the club when the league resumes in February.
