Former Ghana Football Association boss, Kwesi Nyantakyi has debunked that he said he had the President, Akuffo-Addo in his pocket.
Kwesi Nyantakyi was banned from football following the Number 12 Exposè by investigative journalist Anas.
In the expose, it was reported that the former Vice President of CAF, Kwesi Nyantakyi said he has the President of Ghana in his pocket. According to him, it was a propaganda against him.
“I never said I had the President in my pocket. You see the propaganda. I never said that. Ask Anas Armeyaw Anas to produce a tape where I said that. How could I have ever said that?” He told Starr FM.
He revealed that he only informed them that he knows politicians who will help them invest in the country.
“I said that I am a Ghanaian, I know politicians and once they want to invest I can lead them to these politicians and I don’t think there was anything bad about that.” he added.
