Libyan Premeir League side Al Ta’awon has officially written to Asante Kotoko for the services of Richmond Lamptey.
Al Ta’awon club has made a bid of $100,000 for Asante Kotoko midfielder, Richmond Lamptey who has just four months left on the his contract at the club.
Al Ta’awon have offered the Player 7,000 US dollars as monthly salary.
Lamptey has been outstanding since he made his debut in the Ghana Premier League for West African Football Academy.
He was part of the Black Stars team in the ongoing AFCON, but he did not play in any of the games for Ghana in Group B fixtures.
Asante Kotoko IMC members will meet the player and his representatives to have a final discussion as to will join Al Ta’awon club or not.
