Ghana Premier League side, Accra Hearts of Oak of Oak have officially named Ivorian tactician, Aboubakar Ouattara as head coach ahead of the second round of the season.
The Phobians confirmed the news on Friday evening on their official Facebook page and X, formerly known as Twitter.
The highly-rated rated gaffer replaces Deutsch trainer, Martin Koopman who was sacked just after three months of his appointment.
After the exit of Koopman, assistant coach Rahim Bashiru took over as caretaker till the end of the first round of the Ghana Premier League.
Coach Aboubakar Ouattara previously worked with African giants like AS Vita Club, T.P Mazembe, Wydad Athletic Club and others.
He also had a stint with the Phobians’ sworn rivals, Asante Kotoko in 1999.
