Professor Peter Twumasi has been racked from his role as the Director General of the National Sports Authority (NSA).
Twumasi was relieved of his duties on in February as Mr. Dodzie Numekevor take over as the new NSA boss.
Nana Bediatuo Asante, who is Secretary to President in a letter dated February 26, 2024, served Numekevor a notice of the appointment, pointing out that he has that he must accept the appointment within 14 days.
Prof. Twumasi assumed the role of Director General on December 10, 2019, succeeding Robert Sarfo Mensah.
